Since 1948, we at Sunnyland have been crafting homemade candies for customers across the U.S. Over that time, we've worked hard to crack the code for making, packaging, and shipping the best brittle candy you can find anywhere. Naturally, we were thrilled when one of our small-batch nut brittles was featured in the "Candy Creations" section of Taste of the South (Nov/Dec '24 issue).

Handmade Brittle Candy - Crafted the Old-Fashioned Way
First off, we make our old-fashioned candy brittle just like Grandma used to make it in small batches and with twice as many nuts as most brittles. We slow cook the sugar and butter in one of our large mixers and then hand pull the hot candy on our own custom-made candy tables. Our experience pulling brittle goes back to the 1950’s and are proud of this time-honored technique that makes our candy shine.
