Second, we add more pecan pieces than you have ever seen in a brittle. This gives our brittle an extra delicious, nutty taste that is crunchy down to the very last piece. Third, we never use any artificial flavors, colors, or hydrogenated oils! Unlike other pecan brittles, ours is made fresh in our kitchen on-site.
