Sweet Citrus Pistachio Cheeseball

Ingredients
- 16 ounces Whipped Cream Cheese
- ¼ cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup chopped Sunnyland Pistachios
- ½ cup Dried Cranberries
- 1 tablespoon Orange Marmalade
- 1 teaspoon Basil Pesto
- 1 teaspoon Orange Zest
- ½ teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
Coating
- Chopped Sunnyland Pistachios
- Dried Cranberries
- Extra Orange Marmalade
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, form into a loose ball in bowl. Sprinkle some of the toppings onto a large piece of plastic wrap, pressing cheese ball gently onto toppings. Finish coating the top and sides of cheeseball with remaining toppings. Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour. Brush chilled cheese ball with orange marmalade and serve with your favorite crackers, apple slices or perfect with dried fruit.
